Yes. We offer FREE shipping across India on eligible orders placed through GIFTARIA.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouses as quickly as possible. Most orders are typically delivered within 3–8 days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions or other operational circumstances.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your AWB / tracking number, usually within 1–2 days after placing your order.

You can use the tracking number on our order tracking page to check the latest shipment status.

Why Is My Order Arriving in Different Packages?

If your order contains multiple products, some items may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are available at different fulfilment locations.

Instead of delaying your complete order, we may dispatch available items separately so they can reach you sooner.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed, Returned or Lost?

While we work with trusted delivery partners, unexpected courier delays can occasionally happen. If your shipment is significantly delayed, returned to us or confirmed lost in transit, our support team will review the case and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Where applicable, we may arrange a replacement shipment with updated tracking details. Refunds, replacements and other resolutions will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
